Mini made it very confusing and difficult to buy this car. They also delayed delivery on 2 occasions. I don't think it's the dealer's fault - it's the central Mini process.

The staff were exceptional but the overall experience was very disappointing. We made the payment for the car on Friday 21st March but were unable to take delivery for more than a week due to internal issues.

I would have rated 5 as I was very satisfied with the service, but have given 4 because we could see black stains of oil on the driver door on the inside fabric. It could have been due to a mechanics hand when opening the car door.
